Where we ship

 

We currently ship within Australia only.

 

Processing time

 

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery times (estimates, once dispatched)

 

Standard: 3–7 business days

 

Express: 1–3 business days

 

Metro areas are usually at the faster end; regional and remote areas can take longer.

 

Shipping costs

 

Free standard shipping on orders over $60.

 

A flat standard rate applies to orders under $60, shown at checkout.

 

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.

 

Tracking

 

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email us at hello@earvengers.com.au.

 

Wrong or incomplete addresses

 

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always help where we can.

 

Lost or delayed parcels

 

If your parcel is significantly delayed or looks lost in transit, get in touch and we'll chase it up with the carrier and make it right.
