These terms apply to your use of the Earvengers website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

 

Products and pricing

 

We do our best to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices, products and promotions at any time before you order. If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

 

Product use

 

Our earplugs are a comfort and sound-filtering product. Follow the fit and care instructions provided, and always assess your own environment and any workplace requirements. If you have an ear condition or concern, seek professional advice before use.

 

Orders

 

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

 

Payment

 

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

 

Intellectual property

 

The Earvengers name, logo, content and site design are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or used without our permission.

 

Your consumer rights

 

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Limitation of liability

 

To the extent permitted by law, and other than for the consumer guarantees above, our liability arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products.

 

Governing law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

 

Changes

 

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
