FAQ

Will I still hear my mates? That's the entire point. Unlike foam plugs, the acoustic filter lowers the harsh, damaging noise while letting speech and warning sounds through. You keep them in and stay in the conversation.

What's the difference between AWARE, SITE and MAX? It's about how much of the noise you want taken down. AWARE keeps you most switched-on, for jobs where you need to hear everything around you. SITE is the balanced everyday filter. MAX is for the loudest tasks — grinding, demo, cutting. The Full Kit gives you all three to swap as the job changes.

Are they reusable? Yes. Wash them, dry them, and put them back in the case. The soft tips and the filters are both replaceable when they eventually wear out, so you're not binning the whole thing.

Do they fit under earmuffs or with a hard hat? They sit low in the ear, so they pair fine with a hard hat and can be worn under earmuffs for the really brutal jobs. No pressure points.

How do I clean them? Rinse the tips in warm, soapy water, rinse clear, and let them air-dry fully before putting them away. Don't use solvents or put them through the dishwasher.

How do I choose my size / get a good fit? Most people get a good seal straight out of the box. Insert with a gentle twist until they feel snug and the noise drops noticeably. If a tip feels loose or uncomfortable, swap to a different size tip.

What if they don't work for me? See our Refund & Returns Policy below. Because they're a hygiene product there are some limits on returns, but if something's faulty we'll always sort you out.

Where do you ship? Australia-wide. See our Shipping Policy for times and costs.
